You own your content
Your photos and data stay yours. We use them only to run Dressia for you.
Store-secured payments
Any purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play, under their billing and refund policies.
Guidance, not guarantees
Outfit suggestions and try-on previews are ideas and visual approximations.
Fair & respectful use
Upload only content you have rights to, and never images of others without their consent.

By using Dressia you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 13 or older, with a parent's or guardian's consent where local law requires it. Virtual try-on is for adults (18+) only.
Your account
Keep your details accurate and your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account, and you can delete it at any time.
Your content
You keep ownership. You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the Service, for example background removal, outfit suggestions and try-on. The licence ends when you delete the content.
Acceptable use
No illegal, explicit or hateful content. No images of others without their consent, and no images of minors in try-on. No scraping or reverse-engineering. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Purchases & subscriptions
Sold through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Intellectual property
The Dressia name, logo and app belong to Dressia. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Clothing brands shown belong to their owners.
Liability
Dressia is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 50. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction. We will notify you in the app before any significant change.
